Regular Online Classes

Online Beginners

We provide online zoom classes for beginners who are kick-starting their journey in kalarippayattu.

We have two batch options, 

1. Morning 6 am to 7 am (Mon to Fri)

2. Evening 7 pm to 8 pm (Mon to Fri)

Online Advanced

We provide online zoom advanced classes for people who have been regular practitioners of the kalarippayattu beginners' course for at least 3 months.

We have two batch options, 

1. Morning 6 am to 7 am (Mon to Fri)

2. Evening 7 pm to 8 pm (Mon to Fri)

Online Weekend 

We provide online zoom weekend classes for people who are busy during the weekdays and wants to keep themselves upbeat with kalarippayattu during the weekends. 

We have three batch options, 

1. Early Morning 6 am to 7 am (Sat & Sun)

2. Late Morning 10 am to 11 am (Sat & Sun)

Are You Eligible To Train?

Kalaripayattu is a martial art and therefore a fair degree of physical fitness and flexibility is assumed. However, we do have people of all ages from 8 to 60 come and train with us. It is important to stay within the constraints of your physical fitness and ability to avoid getting injured during training. Please consult your doctor if you have any restricting health conditions that will put you at risk.

Registration for May classes starts from 20th April and closes on 5th May
